I’ve worked at EnvirOx for 5 years now
My oldest sister influenced me in more ways than I can explain. She was ambitious, selfless, open-minded, and trustworthy. To this day, she’s my motivation and who I aspire to be.
Yes, I am proud to say that I work for a woman-owned business! During my time at EnvirOx, I’ve noticed that different values and goals are prioritized in comparison to businesses that are not owned by women. Work life balance, employee well-being, teamwork, mentorship, and inclusivity are just a few examples. Also, working at a women-owned business has provided a sense of community and empowerment by supporting women’s advancements in leadership.
One thing I would tell younger women today is to believe in themselves and their abilities. Recognize your own worth and potential and pursue your dreams with confidence and determination. I would also encourage young women to seek out opportunities to develop their skills, gain experience in their chosen fields, and to never give up on their ambitions - even in the face of setbacks or obstacles. With hard work, perseverance, and self-belief, women can achieve great things and make a positive impact.
